New years resolutions have always been kind of funny to me- not that I’m making fun of anyone who sets them- I just find that if you really want to make a change, you should be able to make it at any point in the year! I find myself making new goals every month or at the beginnings of every semester, to help guide my life in the way that I want it to go.
So this year I want to finally put my goals into words, because it makes them more real and I can easily look back at them when I need a reminder (I will also be physically writing them down and maybe hanging them on my bathroom mirror?) I broke my goals down into different areas of my life because I want 2019 to be a year of growth for me, as a whole.
Here’s to 2019, and creating a more intentional and purposeful way of living!

Be more intentional with my actions.
Create more meaningful and heartfelt relationships with friends and family.

Health:
Be more consistent with my workouts.
Drink more water.
Be more consistent with healthy eating.
