Occupational Therapist and Entrepreneur

Hi! I’m Caroline, a new grad occupational therapist with a passion for serving humans. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and attended Florida State University. I graduated with my BS in Psychology and minor in Child Development in 2018. In fall of 2020, I graduated with my masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.

I created this blog and my corresponding Instagram after I was officially accepted into my OT program because I wanted to provide support and encouragement for other pre-OT students navigating the complicated path to acceptance, as well as to document my own journey through school, providing tips and tricks along the way. I have learned so much through this platform and have had the opportunity to connect with so many amazing therapists and students.

Now that I have my masters, am fully licensed, and started my own LLC (OT Caroline, LLC) this blog and my Instagram will continue to serve as a supportive and empowering place for pre-OTs, OT students, and practitioners. I hope to continue to provide resources, education and support for any and all pre-OTs, OT students and OTs out there.
